Research Interests

 

*      Signal processing for wireless communications

*      Compressive sensing and imaging applications

*      Architectures for synchronization, equalization, coding, modulation, antenna array processing and wireless multiple access

*      Modulation and coding for channels in wireless communication systems

*      Detection and estimation technique applied to radar.

*      1996- 2000,  Laboratory Instructor, School of Electrical Engineering, Technological University of Panama, Panama, Rep. de Panama. Taught Telecommunications, developed experiences in different areas in telecommunications.

*      1998 – 1999, Telecommunication Engineer Assistant.  Panama Canal Authority, Panama, Rep. de Panama Professional.  Practice for six months. Design and application of different Telemanagement Systems for the Telecommunications Branch. Design of microwave networks, installation of the program of ships location GPS.
